Refund policy

Once the package is marked as ‘delivered’ on the courier's tracking page , we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.
If the parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. 

Returns and refunds are accepted for all paintings except for Gift vouchers. T&Cs applied, please see below.

Refunds and returns are accepted for 14 days after the day of delivery at customers' own costs. T&Cs applied - please see below.

T&Cs for ALL paintings: 

  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is important for  painting to be protected from damage properly and for insurance purposes.
  • You, the Customer, are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and insurance costs. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Please make a few photos of the painting and packaging prior shipping - for insurance purposes.
  • Please contact us prior shipping your return package to confirm the shipping address and other details via "Contact us" page.
  • When shipping a painting back, a trackable shipping service must be used! If it is non-trackable and the parcel gets missing - the refund will not be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned artwork and approved your refund.

After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within several days.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at alesyer77@gmail.com and provide pictures of damaged packaging and artwork to be eligible for a refund.

IMPORTANT: Please provide evidence of the damaged packaging signed by the courier (including surname and signature) - we will have to contact them for confirmation and refund If you don't contact us same day and/or couldn't provide us with this information, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return of DAMAGED painting, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It MUST also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs and insurance for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping a painting back, a trackable shipping service MUST be used.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.

 

Commissioned paintings

Commissioned paintings are non-refundable.

Custom paintings could be replaced only if they arrive damaged. Please follow the instruction above if this is the case.
